The twin towers rise from a lush green park to a height of about 200 meters. To maximize views of the water, they feature a central section rotated 90 degrees. This creates large terraces at different heights, accessible to all users.
The strict geometry also reflects the city's directions, such as the elevated railway line, and creates exciting urban spatial relationships. Just as the volumes are stacked on top of each other in the area of the towers, they also stand freely on the base buildings, which offer a wide range of leisure activities on several levels. The cantilevers are made possible by an intelligent combination of technical and evacuation floors with the corresponding supporting structure.

With respect to urban development, the draft envisages creating a permeable green residential and office space by questioning conventional high-rise typology in response to nature and the lake. Conceived as an architectural ensemble, the towers are perceivable as a visually striking landmark and form a perfect silhouette for lasting memories.
