The design blends in with the surrounding buildings and preserves the urban ensemble. The stylistically distinctive material of red brick dominates the exterior façade – flat, long bricks are set vertically in a free-form pattern. They extend into the reveals and terminate horizontal parapets and window lintels, resulting in a focus on the essential materials.
The continuously increasing proportions of glass towards the top lend the building a finely balanced elegance. The interior features a light-flooded, publicly accessible atrium with an ellipsoidal floor plan, which deliberately contrasts with the exterior. The office space on the upper floors is complemented by retail and restaurant areas on the ground floor and a residential building with approximately 30 units.

"The ellipses are not simply stacked on top of each other, but are slightly offset from one level to the next and also staggered inwards towards the top. This creates an exciting interplay of curved intersections when viewed upwards."
